Hosting: Netlify (Jill's account). The site is deployed to a Netlify "project" and pointed at 3deepcoaching.com. You should never have to touch this. If you ever do, see Section 5.
Domain & DNS: 3deepcoaching.com is registered at Squarespace; DNS is managed there too. Anne handled the DNS records that point the domain at Netlify and at Resend (for email).
Site database: Supabase (Anne's account). Stores bookings, availability, and the editable card content. You do not need access; everything you can change is reachable from this admin console.
Email sending: Resend (Jill's account at jill@3deepcoaching.com). Sends booking confirmations to clients and a copy to Jill. Fully automated.
There's a single password-protected admin area inside the booking page — the one you're looking at right now. That's where you go for everything you might ever need to do.
Option 1 — shortcut from the homepage (recommended). Go to 3deepcoaching.com. In the top-right of the nav bar, just past the "Book a Call" button, there's a tiny ⚙ gear icon. It's deliberately almost-transparent — easy to miss unless you're looking for it. Click it, enter the password, and you'll drop straight into the admin console on the Schedule & Availability tab.
Option 2 — from inside the booking page. On 3deepcoaching.com/booking/, look at the dark purple top nav bar. On the right side, next to where it says the timezone, there's another small ⚙ gear. Click it to open the password prompt. Once you're in, the gear turns gold so you can tell admin mode is active.
At the very top of the admin view, just under the "Admin Console" heading, there are three purple tab pills side-by-side. Whichever one is purple-filled is the one you're currently looking at; the others are outlined. Click to switch.
Every booking is fully automatic. A client picks a slot → the system saves it → a confirmation email goes to the client and a heads-up goes to Jill. No approval step, no waiting. If Jill ever needs to cancel one, she can do it from the admin and reach out personally.
All of the site's code (every page, every image, every script) lives on Netlify. There is no local project folder you need to keep track of. Netlify is both the hosting AND the code archive. Every deploy is stored there.
You shouldn't need them for any day-to-day stuff — card edits and booking edits all happen in the live admin. But if, down the road, you or a developer want a local copy of the site (to hand to another agency, archive, fork it, etc.):
The site ships with proper SEO hygiene baked in, so it's discoverable from day one. Nothing to configure day-to-day — it's all there. For reference, here's what every visitor (and every crawler) gets:
This site is yours to run. The admin console you're looking at covers essentially everything you'd want to do day-to-day — cards, bookings, availability, all of it — and it's built to make that easy. You've got this.

I built this booking console just for you two — a clean place to take Discovery Call requests, confirm the ones that work, and control your availability without living inside a third-party calendar app. Everything syncs live between you, so either of you can keep it tidy.

Morales
The calendar shows Mon–Fri (and Sat if you have Saturday availability). Each column is a day; rows are time slots. Use the Prev / Next arrows to move between weeks, or Today to jump back.
The availability grid is the source of truth for what clients can book. All times are Mountain Time (Utah). Clients see slots converted to their own timezone automatically.
Green cells = bookable by clients. Empty = blocked off.
The left sidebar lists all incoming bookings. Every new booking is auto-confirmed — the client immediately gets a confirmation email, and you get an admin alert.
The settings panel lives below the availability grid. Changes save instantly.
